West African Drum and Dance Camp Registration

**Please Read Carefully!!** DEPOSIT, CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

DEPOSITS

A $100 nontransferable deposit ($100 check/money order – $103 Credit Card) is required for EACH attendee at the time of this registration, to hold each space. Your deposit is subtracted from your total bill, with balance due at check-in.
Deposits can be made by:
  • Paypal Add to Cart buttons below
  • Using Send Money on Paypal’s website to drumcampregistrar@gmail.com
  • Mailing a check to Community Sound” at PO Box 175, Tigerville SC, 29688

Full Payment Options:

  1. Paypal users can use Add To Cart buttons below to pay in full for Adults/Teens, Youths 6-12, & Children 3-5.
  2. Please send a check, or money order made payable to Community Sound” to PO Box 175, Tigerville SC, 29688.
  3. Remember – at the event payment may be made by cash, check, or money order, . . .  but no credit cards are accepted.

CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Deposit, minus $50 is refundable in the event of cancellation up to April 1st.
  • Changes to your arrival day after this original registration can be made for an additional $25 fee.
  • No refunds given after April 1st, except for registrant’s, or registrant’s family health emergencies.
  • Directions, a map and all information for camp will be sent with your confirmation notice a few weeks before the event.

Other Important Information:

  • **If you pay your deposit by check and are on the waitlist, your check will be held and only deposited once you move into the event.**
  • If you are on the waitlist and do not receive notification that you have moved into the event within 2 days prior to the first Monday of camp, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • Around December 1st you’ll get a preliminary confirmation that we’ve received your survey and deposit, and whether you registered early enough to be in camp, or on the waitlist.
  • Around February 1st you’ll get a full confirmation of your anticipated arrival date and balance.
  • Directions, a map and all information for camp will be sent with your confirmation notice a few weeks before the event. 

Registration Instructions

  • Select desired options for deposit, full pay, T-shirt, djembe rental, and donations from drop down menu and then click “Add to Cart.”
  • You will be taken to the Paypal Summary page in a new tab, or browser window.
  • Click on blue “Continue Shopping” link at the top right of the page to return to this page and add additional items to your cart.
  • When all desired items are in your Shopping Cart, click “View Cart” button to be taken back to the Paypal Summary page to complete your checkout.
